My goal is to enhance your knowledge of nutrition and food choices and how they relate to your health and fitness. We will discuss macros and how to read and understand food labels so that you can make the right choices for your fitness goals.
My goal as a sports-conditioning specialist is to help an athlete become as strong and fast as possible with enough endurance to outlast their opponent and enhance their recovery from play to play, match to match or lift to lift. Each athlete is unique, as your coach, I will consider your individual needs, goals and abilities to customize a performance training plan just for you.
